The PAM00372 is 47mm, and it has a plexiglass crystal and is almost an exact duplicate of the original Panerai Reference 6152. It even has a dial with a beautiful antique-like patina. The Panerai PAM 372 is hand wound and Panerai .
I’m looking at purchasing a second Panerai and have decided on the PAM720. My only disappointment is that it comes with plexiglass and not sapphire crystal. I understand that the 720 comes with a spare. Can anyone confirm if this spare is also plexiglass? And is it possible to have a sapphire crystal fitted later? It fits better to the "New Panerai with Vintage Look" thing, so get a Plexi Version.

Here's the rule: A Louis Vuitton bracelet can have a Date Code and no Serial Number, BUT if there's a Serial Number and no Date Code, then the product is FAKE. Don't confuse the logic.
