Creation Watches denies any responsibility so is DHL. I've been left with no item and no refund by Creation Watches. Don't make same mistake, pay few pounds extra and go use local retailer, which will offer you more protection. Yea, it’s legit. However, you’re rolling the dice for the inexpensive prices. If you get a lemon, they’ll happy accept returns and/or replace it but you have to pay for shipping it back to them. If you’re anywhere besides Asia, shipping could be 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the watch.
