Stick it on your wrist for a few hours (or just unscrew the crown and wind it); reset the time and see how she goes. If you're only going to wear the watch every few days and want to be able to just pick it up and go, then think about investing in a winder. Omega tests the watch in several positions and the overall average needs to be 0-5s in order to pass. Personally, I wouldn't worry or care if a watch is out of spec if left in one position for over a day but would care if it's out of spec when worn for all or most of the day.
An automatic watch may lose time over the course of a few years. Here is a guide to help keep your watch running and what to do if it starts losing time. Call Now: 1 (888) 807-0325 My wife's omega constellation (battery) watch is losing time, but only when worn. It kept perfect time while sat for a month on a shelf, but worn for an evening (8 hrs) it lost an hour ! It has been serviced within the last year ( sent back to omega). I can't figure it out !
As I am always wearing the watch over 12 hrs a day, I found that it’s randomly losing 2 hours of time. I called a nearby AD and I’m sending it back to Omega for repairs again. Is this normal and has anyone faced this issue before? If the wrong movement is found inside a watch, it will prove that it is not an authentic OMEGA. Moreover, if the watch is a certified Master Chronometer, it will not be affected by magnetic fields. By placing a magnet close to the timepiece, you can easily detect if it is authentic or not. On short times, 5/10 min intervals, the watch stay accurate. Around the 20 min mark, I've noticed the watch gains the +1/2 min making it inaccurate. Is this a common/known issue or is this a problem with the watch?
I'll wind em when I wear them and hopefully extend service intervals or give the few parts that do eventually break (like a mainspring) a longer lease on life. Sure a watch a can be worn 24/7 with no issues but if its not running when you aren't wearing it will most likely extend service intervals. My current settings are as below, where the /dev/mapper/centos-root partition is almost full. Looks like this partition is on disk /dev/mapper/centos-root . but there is another disk /dev/vda , which still has enough free space. Are these two disks separate physical disks? how to increase the /dev/mapper/centos-root partition?
